The room was spotless and it was quite nice!!! We were quite confused if breakfast was included or not but it was a very pleasing experience!!!

The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff are helpful and kind. There is an Ihop located inside the hotel, however, it closes by 2 or 3pm daily. The hotel is located on a main tourist strip so it gets very expensive to eat out and all the shops overcharge in the surrounding area if they know you are a tourist. This is not the fault of the hotel. Overall I had a nice stay but be prepared to spend a lot of money. Theres a Wego bus station that stops outside the hotel and circles around the main tourist areas, which was convenient.

Excellent fallsview room experience. The only downside was there was no parking included in the stay and we had to pay extra. But everything else was excellent.

Room was excellent, hotel does not have breakfast provided. Food choices are quite varied on hotel. Nice comedy club onsite. Check-In was longer than usual.
