We loved having a balcony in our room. Didn't luke waiting to get in our room when we checked in. Cards wouldn't work. Had to get the guy at the front desk to fix his machine that registered our cards for our room. Took a while

The room was more than expected with the terrace. Not very happy with breakfast though because on the first day, the toaster wasn't working and on the second day it was the coffee machine. The breakfast could have been better with some meat on the menu even if the price was upped a bit.

This hotel is right off the highway as soon as you get into Niagara Falls coming from Toronto. The hotel doesn’t only seem very clean but smells very clean too! Ditto for the room. Although it was a bit dated, it was very clean and smelled very clean too. We got the honeymoon suite as that was the only room with king size bed which we needed due to our 3 yr old who likes to sleep with us. The bed was very spacious for the 3 of us but felt like we were sinking towards the middle. Probably due to its age. The heart shaped jacuzzi was nice and our 3 yr old especially loved the pool in our room…. Lol. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to Clifton Holl but since we had a 3 yr old we decided to drive to Clifton Hill and park in a $10 flat parking lot right by Clifton Hill. The hotel is right beside a mosque and across from a liquidation center. Liquidation center was kinda flop though as all the food was expired and on sale for $1… lol. Although we found parking right at the front of the entrance I did overhear another customer complain that they couldn’t find a spot. The breakfast offerings were decent, although there was no scrambled eggs. The breakfast area was spick and span! There was an attendant in the room who did a great job in maintaining the room in a spick n span condition. She was also preparing the waffles, which I appreciated cuz I always burn myself on those things! Overall great experience for a great price on a busy Memorial Day weekend!

I booked this room for my parent's birthday staycation. Reached out to the property via Expedia chat but their written communication wasn't well versed / not fluent, so I called the hotel and my special requests were granted. Front desk was accommodating and friendly. Location was easy to find. Hotel has 3 floors and easy to navigate. Accesible washroom available in the first floor. 5 min drive from Fallsview Casino. Old building but well maintained. Clean rooms. Great value for the price. Great job Glengate Hotel & Suites!

Amazing

As usual the staff were amazing super friendly and very helpful. We were so excited to receive the upgraded room as a gift. It was super nice and even had a swat balcony to sit out on hopefully if we ever get this room again we will be able to enjoy it as it was cold and raining this trip. We love the free parking and free breakfast. Also Mc Donald’s is right next door so is a gas station and convenience store. This is also a great location because it’s so close you can walk to the Falls and Casinos no trouble at all. Also their hot water is hot right away so it’s another great thing that I love. If you’re going to the Falls this should be your first choice for a safe and clean place to stay.
