The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to park at the property which was nice. Otherwise, you would park across the street and then have your parking ticket validated. Walking distance to the Falls and local eateries

This was the perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls! We never moved the car from the parking garage. We walked everywhere. Rooms were spacious and clean, we had a view of the fireworks right from our window. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Staff is helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Walkable, very convenient to Niagara Falls , food, shopping. The major drawback parking opposite building not great and it was more public parking didnot feel safe and clean. The biggest drawback outside parking instay room service. They completely lacked empathy and didnot meet standards. I would gave terrible if not fir the wonderful staff in breakfast , bar and front office

This hotel was perfect for a quick trip to Niagara Falls. Within walking distance to a lot of the major attractions. The fireworks were a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were charged $11 per person for the “free breakfast” as part of reservation. When I asked about it at checkout the staff was rude and told me I had an attitude because I questioned why I was charged when it was advertised as free. I’ve never had a staff member be so out of the way rude. The room was dusty and overall it was not worth the money that I spent.

This hotel is just a quick walk to Niagara Falls. The main point of our stay. You can see the fireworks from the 6th floor patio. Also shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very friendly.

This property is fantastic, it is close to everything you would want to do in Niagara Falls. They have a really nice breakfast and breakfast area. The hotel does not have views from the rooms, but they have a roof top where you can see the nightly fireworks that are on the Canada. you can go up there and relax. More than makes up for the lack of room views. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
