I was happy when there was a free room in the apa, but upon arrival we were told that the rooms were still occupied and we had to wait up to 1 mm. agreed and returned at the appointed time. and then the disappointment began! when they showed the registration number we calculated the 3 x multiple amount referring to the fact that the amount in the apa is before the tax and they calculated correctly. but in the apa everything is written clearly and clearly how much without tax and how much with the tax. and we tried to explain to them, but the staff insisted on their own. since we were tired of the daroga, agreed to their condition and paid 3 times the amount.

The front desk staff member at check in, while efficient and polite was not friendly. The parking was expensive. The bathroom had a build up of dirt/mold in the shower and along The shower floor baseboard. The toilet jiggled And we discovered on our last morning that the caulking holding the base in place had pulled away from the base. There was also no bolt. The Starbucks onsite was not a regular one and so the cost was extra expensive. The washroom and room were smaller than we expected based on all of the furniture. The shower pressure was great as was the body products. The half shower door however was weird. We were surprised that this was a Hilton property.

Room was great, but after being out for the day and wanting to come back and relax for the night not having any working tv channels put a damper on things. Thank goodness we could sign into Netflix on the TV.

The location is good, the first line of the waterfall, it is very easy to get to any attraction. But the hotel is old, the room was very small, my husband and child and I were cramped, although we took it with two queen size beds. The food is not tasty, only one restaurant, and there is no bar to just sit and drink

Not much we didnt like. As seniors, we tend to be pretty fussy. If you pay a bit more, the amazing views of the falls are worth it. The location being one of the original hotels is perfectly situated. The staff went out if their way and the updates are spot on ( with the exception of half walled glass showers, bit hard to navigate). But overall, from the 10th floor amazing dinner views, to the opening windows, where one can fall asleep listening to the falls, an exceptional stay, overall.

Customer Service at its best

When the A/C stoped working, the staff was so awesome to help get fans for our room. All the staff from the front desk to the restaurant were very professional and knowledgeable about any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone
