Newly renovated, so it feels a lot upscale than other comparable properties on this street. Breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant staff was very polite. They only have parking on premises for 40 cars, for the rest the have a different spot a bit away from the property, not convenient for snowy days. The biggest issue was that they did not have microwaves in the room. Even though it mentions that microwave is available upon request, they just had one microwave in the meeting room.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of all the action. Clean and large rooms with a large shower and excellent water pressure. Staff were extremely friendly and hotel was clean. Our room had a view of Clifton hill and we could even see a glimpse of the American falls. The only hiccup was not hotels fault. Someone was screaming at 11:00pm from their room for a while. Please when you stay at a hotel remember you are sharing the space. A little consideration for people around you can go a long way. No fault of the hotel. Would highly recommend and we plan on returning in the spring.

There was no parking near the property, so we had to walk two blocks in a freezing snow storm. There were also issues with the gate so i had to wait around 20 minutes for someone to let me park. There were sketchy people hanging around the building. The hot tub was closed for cleaning before it closed at 11pm.
