The hotel was close to all major attractions, the room was adequate although had a few issues, had to turn off the aircond, sounded like a plane landing and twice the flushing mechanism on the toilet broke, but was fixed promptly. The check in process was great very helpful staff.

Great location, great hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at Vittoria. You are located right in the middle of all the attractions, but the hotel still is remarkably quiet. I will definitely stay here again!

Room 311- right next to housekeeping supply room. Very loud in the morning with the door slamming as early as 7:30am.. not great for people that want to rest and potentially sleep in on vacation. At one point I thought they were knocking on our door they were so loud. They should use a door stop so they don’t slam the door so many times. Location was great, breakfast was good.

I did not like that I was charged for coffee from a buffet breakfast that was ultra expensive, and the food was less than good to begin with. Many other options that we took instead of the food in the hotel. They got me once but never again.

I loved that ALL hotel staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful! The beds could be softer and the elevators faster. The lobby was nice and open with modern decor, plenty of flyers for things to do in the area, and an ATM for convenience. The river view junior suite that I booked this trip was wonderful and well worth the extra cost! It was spacious and the view was splendid! We were able to look out the window and see the river, partial American Falls view, firework show, the amusements of Clifton Hill, and the city skyline!! Booked this hotel last year with a city view and the room was just as nice! The hotel is at the top of Clifton Hill and to the left, which makes it a perfect location to be able to walk Clifton Hill and the length of the Falls from the front door and to be able to drive the Niagara Falls, Niagara-On-The-Lake, and vineyards. Overall, an affordable, safe, convenient, and favorite hotel of ours!! Can’t wait to come back!!
