Hello the guest attendant did not share with me and my family about the discounts about the breakfast. We did not know the timings not did she share to us about the facilities that are offered e.g Jacuzzi and the swimming pool. Maybe if they spent more time dealing with the customers, instead of talking about their personal lives, things would be better well aware Also very noisy in the morning before getting up in the hallways

Although location was convenient and the room was clean and specious, the elevator were too busy so the wait time was long. The parking lot was two blocks away and when it's snowy with kids, it's very inconvenient and dangerous. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was dirty and no privacy as it was right across a parking lot of an Inn. For the rate we paid, my family and I expected better.

The rooms were loud, in one room or heater sounded like a vacuum. In the second room it sounded like a dishwasher. They had no water pressure. They didn't want to do anything about it. I asked for 50% off the rooms. They refused.
