We provide a starter supply consisting of dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, tea and K-cup pods.

If you would like to freshen the linens / towels during your stay, we kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer in the unit. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

A railroad track runs directly behind the house, so you may experience varying degrees of noise when trains pass through the neighborhood. The trains are limited in their speed and are not allowed to blow their horn in this section of the track. For your convenience, we provide white noise sound machines in each bedroom.

This is a quiet neighborhood -- we have a STRICT NO PARTY policy. Disruptive gatherings and disturbances to the surrounding community with excessive noise is prohibited. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is a $500 penalty fee and your reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund. You will also be responsible if the city issues a fine ($1047).

Pets are NOT allowed. There is a $500 penalty fee, $150 cleaning fee and your reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund.

NO SMOKING allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages (minimum of $1500). Smoking is only permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

We loved staying at this house! It was very clean, and Paul thought of every possible detail. Our 2 year old stayed with us, and there were toys, childrens dishes, and a pack and play. Paul was very easy to communicate with. We loved walking to the downtown North Charlston area- Jackrabbit Filly was an amazing dinner, and the walkable park was a total bonus. We highly recommend staying here!

Charleston Visit

This VRBO was comfortable & cozy. With furnishings with a Charleston motif, this home greeted us with snacks for our stay and coffee for the morning. The Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets for everyone! Thank you!

Perfectly equipped and good location

This house in Charleston was the most well-appointed short term rental I’ve ever stayed in! It had everything we needed in the kitchen—all the appliances, extra dishes, and more. It’s within walking distance of a playground that’s so nice that it’s hard to believe it’s free. Everything was clean. Checkout was easy without a bunch of chores. Even though the listing warned about the trains, it wasn’t a big deal, even for the light sleepers. I’m going to look specifically for this house the next time we come to the city. I simply couldn’t find anything to complain about.

Hidden gem

A nice central location. The house is very clean and well kept. The owners have an attention to detail, that help make you feel at home. Very comfy beds. There is a train track behind the home, but mostly you don’t notice.

I have traveled quite a bit and I always try to use VRBO. But this house was without a doubt the best house I have ever stayed in. We loved this house so much that it made us sad to leave it and go to our next location. I cannot give this property a high enough rating. It was definitely a10 out of 10.

Cute and Cozy

Well kept, three-bedroom ranch with one full, one king, and two bunk beds. In North Charleston on a quiet street, this property comfortably accommodated our family of six with four adults and two children. Management was responsive and the amenities, such as extra towels, kitchen supplies, and Kuerig pods were appreciated. Thanks for the memories!

Very Nice Place

This home is recently renovated and is very comfortable. The home features tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers, a well equipped kitchen with marble countertops and new appliances, and a very spacious outdoor area that is fenced in with a firepit. The floorplan is laid out well with ample bedroom space and living room space. The owner has thought of every amenity in terms of making the home comfortable with a lot of nice, small touches. I rated the location with four stars NOT as a complaint but rather as a footnote. The North Charleston location was perfect for me on this particular trip, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. But the location might be a bit too far from Charleston's historic district for those who prefer to be closer to the downtown Charleston area. I would most certainly stay here again. Definitely a five-star stay.

Wonderful

The rental was decorated nicely, very clean, with all needed immunities. The location was convenient to Credit One Center and North Charleston downtown area. Property Management was easy to work with, very prompt, and ensured the process wa seamless. We will definitely prefer this location when returning to the area.

Paul was excellent to talk with and very helpful. He allowed us early access as the weather was not favorable and we couldn’t spend anytime downtown before our family event. He provided toys for our grandson that he loved playing & entertaining himself with. He thought of everything to give guests little treats & any hot beverage you’d need. I was thrilled with our stay.

Wonderful property!

Loved this house! Having rented vacation homes before it was the little details in this home that were so impressive. I had to start to make a list of all the things we were impressed by and appreciated because there were so many! * a ton of hangers in each closet * really nice small appliances (a ninja blender and air fryer!) * beach chairs AND beach towels * it was so nicely decorated (not chincy decorations) * the open floorplan * it had laundry baskets! * 3 TV's * hooks in the bathrooms (you don't realize what a convenience that is until you don't have them because it happened to us before) * super comfy beds and pillows * they had spices for cooking! * everything was labeled * they had children's utensils, so sweet * they had a stepping stool in the kitchen for us short people (very appreciated!) * they had tin foil and plastic wrap * the firepit was propane so we didn't have to get firewood * they had sound machines in each bedroom! We were so impressed with this property. The ONLY negative thing we can say about it (which wasn't an issue for us at all) was the location. The train ran right behind the house. However, it actually became a topic of conversation and enjoyed watching it go by, so we didn't mind it at all. Also, you had to drive almost everywhere. Park circle was within walking distance and became part of our morning walks. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely rent there again. Oh, and the property manager was awesome!

Awesome Landing Place

This was the perfect place for our Girls Weekend. Close enough to downtown and a hop on 526 to get anywhere we needed to go. I've stayed with VRBO before and never have I experienced this level of stay. You open the door and feel instantly welcome and comfortable. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. Great open area to hang out. The outside is private and welcoming as well. Everything in the kitchen is top of the line. Paul created a place you can relax, enjoy and feel pampered. When we return, we'll definitely hope Paul's place is available.
