Don’t come if you like plain food as the food is “fancy” Staff are just incredible. Your needs are met everywhere. Our concierge, Angel, was fabulous. He made our reservations and made sure everything was just right. All staff were great but Rodolfo was a stand out for us The roof top deck with infinity pool are amazing. We stayed at the Único hotel in Riviera Nayarit at the end of November. The experience was excellent, with standout service from our Local Host, Eduardo, and delightful dinners at the Kobo (Asian) and Italiano Lía restaurants “Love the Mixology drinks” The Rooftop Garden pool on the 11th floor offers stunning views. Overall, it’s a highly recommended getaway, especially the Escénica spa paying most of it with Resort Credits.

We had a wonderful stay at UNICO 20°105° in Riviera Nayarit. The resort is clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The spa was absolutely fabulous, and the rooftop deck offered breathtaking views—perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. A highlight of our stay was the tequila tasting with Gustavo, which was both fun and informative, and water aerobics with Natalie, who brought great energy. The service throughout the resort was outstanding—Eugene, David, Betza, and Carlos were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We also loved the casino night and live music, which added to the fun atmosphere. A special thanks to Elmer and Angel at the concierge desk—they were always available, incredibly helpful, and made reservations and activities effortless. The location is excellent, close to both a local market and a mall, making it easy to explore. We would absolutely return and highly recommend UNICO 20°105° for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The staff for really good overall but disheartening when you go to an all-inclusive and if you're not handling them a $5 tip every time they bring a drink then you watch them avoid you. The food was good overall but there is no buffet backup so if you don't have a reservation you're eating at the coffee shop. And we were stuck here during the cartel attack and had to stay and they tried to hit me for double what Expedia charges. Super slap in the face. The concierge Carlos was extremely good to deal with.

Service in most areas was excellent, but the lobby bartenders, pool staff and coffee shop staff really stand out. Room is beautiful with high quality linens and pillows not often found in an all inclusive. Drinks were fantastic, especially those in the lobby bar. Food at all restaurants was great and far better than many other all inclusives. Loved that there are no buffets and the coffee bar is open all day for quick snacks and refreshments. Really enjoyed the nightly turndown service, though it was missed on our last day. A few things that we weren’t fans of: -High pressure timeshare appointment setting at check in -Long wait for breakfast (this may be worked out as they get out of their soft opening phase).
