Awesome place to relax. Staff are very kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Love the views from the rooms and the food was also good. Good balance of peace vs party life. Corals so close by the island. Items to improve - provide at least a bottle of water per day to rooms, general pricing on everything is quite high and can see it is intentionally trained to staff, provide reasonable cost transfer options to island. Overall loved the holiday and would do it again. However if doing again, would do 1 or 2 nights than 5 nights as it is same entertainment for all days.

The stay was great as plenty of things to do such as snorkelling,island hopping was a great experience via a fast boat hired on the south side of the island. There are areas that are looking a little tired and need a spruce up, would certainly stay again

For the first time I find it very differcult to really portray the absolute beauty of this very special place. In other reviews people have already told the world of how wonderful the staff really are here. We have been going to Fiji on and off for over 40 years and there are some very special places but the Staff at Nanuku are at the top of the list. One can have complete privacy and family's are also so beautifully looked after and children do nothing but laugh and enjoy their Villa Buddy as he or she cares for them. The food is to die for! Every day something very different and incredibly fresh arrived at our table. We were very spoilt in our accomadation that was given to us and the Villa Mama and Villa Buddie is a beautiful way to be cared for without over doing it. The bed was very very comfortable with lovely linen etc. yes one pays a little bit more than a four Star but if you can and want to be treated as if you are royalty Nanuku Resort is it. I could go on for ever but just thankyou so much Villa Mama Maria and Villa Buddy Solo for your very personal caring. To the rest of the staff keep up the good work and be very proud of yourselves. Thankyou so much for making our holiday so special and we hope we will be back one day soon.

This property has a fabulous relaxed vibe and the natural surroundings and leafy atmosphere make it a nice oasis amongst the industrial area it is located in. It overlooks the water and the restaurant and bar is so nice to sit at in the evenings and listen to the band play over dinner and drinks. The fairy lights are great. The service staff are what make the property special. The waiters, waitresses, room service attendants, kids activities co-ordinator and bar staff really make the property a lovely place to stay. Reception staff we dealt with could take some tips from the service staff in regard to friendliness, but they're polite nonetheless. The short spa treatment we had was lovely and the spa was very relaxing. The porter was a lovely man who made us feel very welcome. The scheduled activities are fun and engaging especially for kids and Miriam the kids activities co-ordinator was a beautiful, friendly lady who the children seemed to love. The oceanfront spa bure we stayed in was clean, neat and tidy. The linens could do with replacement, they're a bit yellow rather than white. It was still really comfortable and we enjoyed a couple of days relaxing here. Overall, the room was very dated and in need of a makeover, the bathroom especially. The bathroom and the vanity was a great size with plenty of mirrors. The screened verandah is fabulous to keep the mozzies out. It was a pleasant resort to stay. The staff are the stand out!
