Excellent staff and hotel. Great kids club staff. Kids can eat for free in one of the restaurants if and adult orders a main meal. Kids menu had good healthy options. Breakfast was surprisingly good and well organized even with a made to order egg and coffee service. Not a crappy self service coffee machine in sight!.
Pool is nice and well maintained. Unfortunately lots of plastic debris washes up onto the beach- that's the whole of this region, but the staff do try to clean up. The swimming area in the beach in front of the hotel isnt the best- it's small and lots of jetskis. If u walk a little further, you can use the nicer parts of the beaches adjoining to the other hotels (considered to be public, but have to pay to use their sunloungers).
The hotel could do with a few more shaded lounge beds by the pool/beach, (many are without shade)
A couple of nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel as well as convenience stores, though the hotel restaurant itself offers good food at reasonable prices.
