The Property surroundings and gardens and pool are magnificent. However, the rooms, in particular bathrooms are old and not what I would expect for a 4.5 star hotel. In the three days, we got a tiny bit of soap, 1 little bottle of shampoo and body wash. There was no welcome drink, welcome hotel room manual or welcome message on the TV. We only got half a roll of toilet paper. Around the pool, there were numerous sigaretten buds and a dirty nappy that layer next to a chair for hours. At some point pool towels ran out, even though the resort was half empty with people.
I missed these little things that you would expect for a 4.5 star hotel. I stayed the week before in a 2 star hotel. In the bathroom there was a sewing kit, bath cap, 2 extra toothbrushes, sanitary bag, a comb etc.
Our check in was delayed as somehow it was very difficult to get our room prepared for 3 people, even though I had clarified this in an email prior to visiting.
The resort itself is in Nusa Dua, just a few shops and restaurants nearby which were very ‘touristic’.
Personally I have had much better quality accommodation for less money in other areas of Bali with a higher quality of food and friendlier peoples around.

Great for kids with great pools and great service.the room are very spacious. But things I didn’t like was check in time was way delayed. We were ment to checkin at 2pm but did not check in till 4 after asking few times . The beds are advertised as 2 twin beds where as they are single beds.the area itself was great .
In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
