****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

The convenient location will make it easy for you to get to the kids to the boardwalk, amusement park, miniature golf and of course the beach! You will also have some of the best restaurants in Ocean City, only a short walk or bus ride away (bus stop located at the end of the street).

This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated with newer furniture throughout. The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you will need for your culinary creations. Yes, there is a washer and dryer! The two balconies provide peaks of the bay and are perfect for staying home and relaxing on those summer nights. There are 3 BR's on the upper level. The main bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have bunk beds and share the 2nd bathroom. On the lowest level, you have a 2nd main bedroom with a queen size bed and an attached bathroom with a shower. All of the bedrooms have TV's and there is free Wi-Fi.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Please call or email for a rate quote for the time frame between May 26th and July 1st.
* One covered parking spot and one uncovered parking spot is provided.
* Easy access to the beach and boardwalk
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This townhouse is located on 26th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 10 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
