Room stank like stale cigarettes and only got offered a free breakfast next stay. Quality of all front of house staff has immensely dropped. Was once a premier Harbourview place to stay but I would definitely consider another option. The food service also stops at 8pm an a Saturday night, for a hotel with rooms that go for $1500 AUD per night that’s unacceptable. Consider another hotel if you were planning to stay here in the future

Room was amazing, a small apartment with full kitchen and separate lounge and dining room. Restaurant is excellent. Service was not at the same level. Staff difficult to contact and our room was not cleaned one day due to briefly leaving the do not disturb tag on the door. Pool feels neglected.
