Everything was fine except for the bed

The room was a decent size. It had a fridge and microwave. The water pressure was good. My only problem was my bed. It was so uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on straight springs. I didn’t make a big deal about because I figured I could tough it out. I probably should have said something because they aren’t going to know unless you tell them.

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very helpful, The laundry and coffee machine were life savers. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was great with a lovely view of the bay. Would definitely stay again!

I was charged for 3 nights instead of 2. They would not admit their mistake at first, i had to go back and forth with the manager, and then she finally apologized after me pointing out that there was no apology or concern for my inconvenience they caused, just poor service and no respect. The mattress was hard as stone, I woke up with sore shoulder's and hips. We had to go out and buy a new fluffy comforter to sleep on top of. The balcony railing was chipped along the entire balcony. Just terrible place, never again.

Our stay was great! Unfortunately though there was ants crawling on the table and the bed. It would have been nice to have a Roku TV for an upgrade but otherwise it was very peaceful and the staff was amazing!. The beds were made daily and provided toiletries daily!
