Diamond Beach 311 is a quaint, beachfront condominium. This one-bedroom, one and a half-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a marvelous view of the Atlantic and the dunes before it. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Diamond Beach 311 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The neutral colored living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, two soft recliners and a flat-screen television. The sofa doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked galley-style kitchen that was renovated for the 2019 season. The bedroom has two double beds with adorable lighthouse bedspreads, a flat-screen television and a private half-bathroom. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. The view was just amazing. The place was perfect for what we wanted/needed.

Had a great time! Easy check in, great location, easy entrance process to condo. The view was incredible. I will certainly look into this rental property the next time I am staying in Ocean City, MD.

The AC worked very good and we liked the set up but the unit we stayed in needed a good cleaning. The hose on the shower head had a leak so the water pressure was very low. The Pull out sofa just had that very used look to it like it has been there for 30 years. The unit did come with beach chairs and umbrella's for us to use down on the beach and two tv's and a radio. The kitchen table was sticky even after I washed it down with soapy water. Maybe it just needs some fresh polyurethane. The paint on the chairs is all peeling off and the chairs are rusting. The plastic chairs out on the balcony were all moldy but they did have two nice new bar style seats that we really enjoyed.
