Window coverings with holes and were torn and failed to close completely, air conditioner only blew into curtains leaving room hot even with air on, hallway carpets dirty, entire hotel rundown and terribly dated. Comfort Inn used to be better. I regret staying there.

The room was wonderful. But they charged me a hefty deposit of $300 for the night. It’s been 5 days since I stayed and I still have not received my deposit back. I’ve gone in and have called twice regarding this issue, and they’re giving me the runaround. Would not stay again because of this.

We stay here with family every visit to Ogden. We are always pleased with the cleanliness, upkeep and whatever room they assign us. They do accommodate our family rooms to be close to each other which we appreciate. We even like the new blue paint!
