DO NOT STAY HERE! The sheets were dirty from being slept in. There were roaches in the bathroom. There were weird stains on every surface. The place has never had a wipe down a day in its life. Tv was broken. Just a horrible experience. I asked what he could do for me about that and he offered a discount next time I stay. NO THANK YOU!!!

Property is poorly managed staff does not care . The sheets on the bed had pee stains on them , the windows had vulgar language written on them , room phone did not work , alarm clock did not work , smelled like cigarettes, took a shower in cold water the first day , the towels provided had holes in them , & it was noisy at 11pm . When presented complaints to front desk staff was told I would have to speak with manager who didn’t come in until 4 pm . When he arrived he just blamed housekeeping. Was not compensated for any inconvenience. Do not stay here

Not sure if I’ll be back.
Had a roach in our towels. The floors on the 3rd floor are uneven. The hot tub had a yellow stain on the bottom that made the water questionable at first. The pool was unusable since there was a machine under water to clean the bottom. Before check out, at breakfast, the batter for waffles was sitting in a bowl next to the waffle maker so you could make your own waffles. Coffee tasted cheap almost like instant coffee would taste.
