Loved the on site spa and gym. Our first night I woke up with a really sore neck from too soft pillows, the staff were great band swapped them out with firmer ones. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay

What we loved about this property was property was the european/french vibe it gave us, right from the foyer to our room. We loved the heated bathroom floors, the spa bath with jets inside our room, the view outside our balcony and how perfectly located this property is to everything in the CBD. Breakfast included was good too. Perfect location and outstanding customer service. Would definitely stay here again, there was no disappointments here staying at the Sofitel Hotel and Spa.
