I travel for work on a regular basis to different area of the country and have done so for years. The two things I want to point out are: 1. Hands down the nicest fitness center of any hotel. I like to lift, this place had dumbells 10lbs to 100lbs, a Smith machine with plenty of free weights, and 2 adjustable heavy duty benches. The cardio equip was top notch as well. So many fitness centers are negelected or incomplete. Well done! 2. Was the nicest smelling hotel ever. Didnt smell like a hotel. Had a very pleasant fresh, clean, spring outdoors type smell. Was not overpowering.

Our room had the mirror lights not plugged in and we couldn’t figure out how to plug it in, there were too many cords between the wall and the beds and limited outlets b/c the one in the side table was broken. The outlet on one side of the nightstand is damaged (the holes are too loose so nothing will stay plugged into it), so we couldn’t plug anything in on one side. The lock malfunctioned a couple of times. Lastly, the water in the shower would only get luke warm, and the bottom of the shower was really slippery after rinsing out hair conditioner. The staff were great and always very helpful. Aside from some random issues with our specific room, it was overall a good facility.

We had to split up our time in Omaha. The first time we stayed everything was perfect! Front desk very friendly! There isn’t much storage space for things. The second time we checked in, 5 days later, the gal at the front desk was not very friendly!! We didn’t get the room that we booked, when I inquired about it she said they over booked!! She said if she changed us to the room that we booked that someone else would not get the room that they wanted!! What the heck!! When checking out staff not very friendly! We use to live on Omaha for several years. We were back to visit family and friends, will probably look for another place next time!
