DO NOT STAY HERE

I would strongly advise against staying here if safety, convenience, privacy, and access to basic amenities are important to you. From the moment we arrived, our experience was frustrating and disappointing. The west entrance, which was supposed to be secured by a key card, was completely broken. Despite our efforts to close it multiple times, the door remained wide open every time we passed—rendering the key card system useless. Even staff members left it propped open. This blatant disregard for guest safety was extremely concerning. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the advertised shuttle service to Disneyland. What they don’t tell you is that it runs through ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation), which can take 45 minutes to over an hour to get to or from the park—a destination that's less than 10 minutes away by car. After one frustrating experience, we were forced to rely on Uber for the rest of our trip. This completely undermined the convenience we were promised and added unnecessary stress to our stay. Privacy was another major issue. We paid extra for a late checkout so we could rest before a long drive. Despite this, housekeeping tried to enter our room twice—once at 9:30 AM (waking us up), and again while we were changing. If we hadn’t used the security latch, they would have walked right in. We did not request room service and paid for extra time specifically to be left alone. This was a blatant disregard for our privacy and completely unacceptable

Disappointing

Room had no towels and when I called front desk to request they informed me someone would be coming by shortly. 30 minutes passed and I walked to the front to request and update and receptionist informed me they were being washed. The room was dusty and there was an underwear hanging in the bathroom door. There was a hair in the eggs. The AC was set at 70 degrees but never actually reached that temp it stayed at 75 degrees the 3 days of our stay.

We were disappointed with our stay here. We paid extra for a suite but they failed to mention the door to our room was 3 feet from the doors of the elevator and there is ZERO sound barrier from the doors. The hotel was SO loud and people were yelling and talking right outside our door at 6AM. Also all of the pool facing patios connect to each other so people were also standing outside our patio door yelling, kids running and screaming outside our patio door at 6AM as well. One of the days someone spilled their breakfast everywhere in front of and on our hotel room door, yogurt and oatmeal, eggs and juice etc. Staff didn’t actually clean it, just wiped it around with a towel and then left the food covered towels outside our door, and put a caution sign. So when I walked out of our room I walked out to food splattered all over our door and towels soaked in food in a pile outside my door. Floor was sticky and gross, after a couple hours I finally called and asked them to clean it because our shoes were getting gross. We were in town for a wedding and had a late night at the reception so we had paid extra for late check out on our last day so we could get some sleep before traveling, but they don’t communicate that to housekeeping, so housekeeping knocked on our door and tried to walk in 3 separate times while we were sleeping. Overall the service wasn’t great, the environment isn’t restful, it’s incredibly loud and noisy, and the facility does not match the pictures advertised.

The good: Nice lobby, great breakfast, and fantastic rooms. Location is fantastic and free parking makes the short drive to Disneyland worth it. The mediocre: Aside from the lobby and breakfast area, the rest of the hotel is a bit rundown and seemingly not well cleaned or maintained. The rear elevator was out of service during our stay and the front elevator made horrible grinding noises and shuddered between the 2nd and 3rd floors (we took the stairs a lot). The bad: Under staffed and not enough supplies. It took until day 3 to get bath towels and that was only after multiple calls and trips to the front desk. We were told that they would come in every 3rd(I think) day for cleaning and such but that never actually happened, which isn’t the worst thing since we probably would have had our “do not disturb” sign up…except we didn’t have one (another thing they were out of).

The air conditioner appeared to be leaking in room 137 as there was a big wet area around it.

Clean rooms and after a short notice accommodations they made my anniversary and birthday great! Breakfast was good full meal and different options each day.

The rooms were spacious, everything was great! Our AC went out one night, I called front desk and they said it was due to the heat. I went personally the following morning and they had maintenance repair that same hour. Overall great stay.

I’m going to be honest, the food was great, and hot and the dining area was kept very clean at all times. The lobby was very nice and the rooms were nice and again very clean! :) Service was ok, not as attentive as they should as they forgot our housekeeping service and you can just imagine at the end of the night after Disney how I felt coming to a room not done. The only down fall was the maintenance on the entire hotel, one elevator was out as the other one made very lid noises and struggled a bit.Water fountain was out of service, at one point the hot tub became green and almost all the patio furniture was not stable :(. This hotel did the job but. It sure about coming back :( but.housekeeping by far was great :)
