This spectacular 6 bedroom 4 full bathroom villa has everything you’ll need for your next vacation. The villa provides 2,812 square feet of comfort. The villa contains all high end furnishings. There are 2 king master bedrooms with private bathrooms, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bedrooms that have 2 twins in each bedroom. This home sleeps 12 comfortably. There are large, flat screen, smart TVs with blue stream cable in each of the bedrooms and wifi throughout. So you can use all your apps from home on each tv, Netflix, Disney, Apple, etc.

The eat-in open concept kitchen has granite countertops along with a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. There’s also a coffee maker, Keurig, tea kettle, toaster, toaster oven, blender, microwave and countertop ice maker.

There are two living rooms. The living room that is open to the kitchen has a plush couch and comfy chairs and also includes a 50” flat screen TV.
The second living room has a couch, chairs, large smart tv and is open to the dining room. The dining room has a large table so your family can sit together and enjoy their meals.

Relax outside lying on one of the 5 lounge chairs by the SOUTH facing pool while enjoying the sun as this pool is in the sun all day long! There is an extra large, extended screened in lanai. Behind the pool there is a retaining wall that adds to the privacy in the backyard. So there is no one directly behind you. We've added plants along the sides of the pool for more privacy. Around the pool there is a child safety fence and for added safety. There is an alarm on the patio door that you can use that leads out to the pool. Pool heat is available for a fee in the colder weather.

In the laundry room, there is a full size washer and dryer. Off the laundry room there is a wonderful game room for the kids and adults with a pool table, dartboard, and a couch so you can relax and enjoy the fun! Inside the laundry room there is a closet, be sure to check inside as there are some pool toys and beach chairs for your day trip to the beach.

For the little ones, we also have 2 portacribs, 3 strollers and a chair mount highchair with tray for your convenience. Not to mention toys!

We also have some books in various drawers throughout the living room.

Windsor Hills is a highly sought after gated vacation community that's been recently renovated with a huge lagoon style pool that has been updated in 2025. This area includes a brand new water park, splash pad, hot tub, arcade, fitness center, 40 seat movie theater, tennis and basketball court. There is also a convenience store located right on the property of Windsor Hills for all your essentials including pizza, sandwiches, beer and wine! Also a brand new Super Walmart right outside the property that sells Disney merchandise and even Disney park tickets.
