AC was very noisy. The only service provided was changing out towels. The breakfast was good and staff did well keeping everything stocked. In room coffee was bad, but lobby coffee was great.

Not up to par.

Our room was ok since we were only there for 2 nights. However our HVAC unit sounded like a tea kettle when the AC kicked on. At night I switched to heat and the heater smelled so bad I had to turn it off for the night. Maintenance replaced the unit the next day. I always wonder whose idea it is to let loose a 2 year old with a caulking gun to caulk the bathrooms!!! The pool, kids pool and the spa outside were old and we wouldn’t go in them, the water may have been ok but appeared dirty due to the poor condition of the pools in general. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Overall I would have been pretty upset if I was a younger man with a family staying there.

Hotel was old , dingy and not terribly clean. The girl at the front desk was rude and did not seem to care I was checking in. Then they tried to charge me for 2 rooms.

Weekend stay

Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was good and plenty of mickey waffles to go around. The hotel is old and no amount of paint can change that. A good refurb of yhe place would help.

Sadly to say, I didn’t like it. Needs to be updated. Room was not clean. The toilet inside looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The halls didn’t smell very good. The breakfast was good but after checking out my husband said he saw cockroaches in the area. He didn’t mention it before because he knew I wouldn’t eat if I knew. The lady in the breakfast area was wonderful!! I think that was the only thing I liked about this place. She gave us an excellent service. Overall, if they update and clean better, it would be a great place for people visiting the parks because of its location and free shuttles. I was there for a family matter. But won’t ever stay there again. I got what I paid for….
