The description says the have deli and snack back this is miss leading. It gives the impression that deli food is available when it candy, chips, frozen pizza hot pocket. Frozen Mac and cheese, jimmy deans sausage sandwiches and meatloaf with potatoes. None of these frozen items are deli food.

When i arrived the attendant was less than enthusiastic to help me. Kinda like i was a bother. When asked if i could drop off my bags, because I was early she started quoting me fees to watch my luggage. Then a $40 early check in cost. Then at 2 am this morning there was no hot water in my shower. Totally different from my stay just 6 nights before.

Third time we stayed at the hotel. First two times very good. This time the toilet in the room wouldn’t flush right and then what it did flush it wouldn’t stop unless you push the hand all the way up. The air condition was set at 67 and it was pretty cold in the room. We put it up to 72 but it took hours before it got there. We went down to the pool and it was pretty dirty. Lots of leaves in it and the whirlpool had debris in it also. When we got back to the room, we noticed they had only given us one washcloth. The temperature of the water in the sink was barely warm. This was also the first time we stayed on the fourth floor, and there was no ice machine, had to go downstairs to get ice.
