Construction going on , rooms were half clean, there was no view .. the waterpark is outdated .. the beach chairs etc… there is a whole separate bldg. with no waterpark which is where we had to stay and we had to walk to the other building for waterpark access . Overall it was just an ok stay

had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. First, I was only notified two hours before check-in that one of the two pools was closed. This drastically affected our stay, as the remaining pool was overcrowded and chaotic. To make things worse, we were initially placed near a noisy construction site, and when I requested a different room, the hotel charged me an extra $40 per night, which felt unfair given the circumstances. The hotel itself was dirty and poorly maintained—the grounds were a mess, the music was too loud, and there was even a fight in the lobby. Our room smelled like sewage, and despite calling maintenance multiple times, no one ever came. I also received a text claiming that our room had been cleaned, but it was clear no one had actually been there. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Between the lack of communication, poor service, and unacceptable conditions, I would not stay here again.

A lot of things happened in my stay. Starting with staff not being available when you call front desk to the room not being cleaned at all. There was a dietary spots allll over the hotel room and I had to go grab paper towels and clean it myself since I didn’t want my children walking on. Floors that dirty. Secondly the soaps they provide for hand washing and body wash was always empty never being refilled. The beds you can tell were made in a rush that they didn’t even loo presentable at all. The elevator having only one per floor is horrible and sharing it with the cleaning staff is not convenient.

Property was kids friendly and have entertainment for them. Not the best restaurants but nicely located so convenient places not far. Food on property is expensive. I like the flexibility to create own comfort. The property is lively throughout the day. Room attendants were courteous and kept us with clean linen. Staff around property were helpful. Breakfast was good. Check beds upon arrival for clean sheets. Overall a gud comfortable stay.

To charge a resort fee per day and a parking pass is a bit ridiculous due to other competitors included services. I understand it is a good price but to pay $50 resort fee per day and not have breakfast including is not ideal.

The best part of the stay is that this resort is only a 15 minute ride to Disney world and universal studios

The property could have been better. The ice machines did not work. The elevator was broken. There were not any well directions to the room

Allie at the check-in was excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very family oriented. Kids Karoke was a blast and the arcade was perfect for kids and adults. The hotel bars were amazing. Recommendation: because of the humidity the hotel room floors may need more frequent mopping.
