Leaky toliet , rude staff . Housekeeping staff parked in handicapped parking . Hotdogs are not breakfast food. Housekeeping cleaned room but never gave back clean towels had to go request towels . Over charge by almoat $200 dollars and had to request a refund.

The room and bathroom was very clean, location was excellent, near everything in Orlando, staff was excellent, Juan was very helpful with my reservation, great service !!! The building needs some updates, breakfast was surprisingly good. Good place for the price that I paid.

Bed was comfortable, we only needed a place to stay after a concert. However, our room didn't have a fridge while our friends did. The toilet was clogged. The tub drained very slowly. The bathroom had hair left on the floor. The breakfast was sub par.

Staff can be improved for starters, front desk was not polite when we asked about breakfast, room had no towels in the room so we had to call front desk, than we didn’t get room service and when we did again they didn’t leave towels, there was a bar of soap from a previous customer that was never taken out, so i think better supervision on house keeping and more polite staff would make a big difference

check in line took 20 minutes , an when guven our room key , we went to our toom an turns out it was someone elses room with their stuff in it which was weird and scary cause we had our baby with us . so had to go backbto lobby an tell her it was someone elses room when we got to the room an she didnt even apologize and just gave us a new room an didnt even care

I honestly have to say that the reviews that were online prior to me booking this hotel are very untrue ! Otherwise I would have never stayed here . once I arrived to my room the sheets had stains , when asked to have them changed they said that the other ones were also stained. Bathroom was filthy and so was the floor .
