The problem was I pre-check the day before and I was not on file had to redo it again then they gave us room 129 and it was not clean. Everything was dirty mirrors floors bed was not done then they switched us to 118 and we didn’t know or realize until we’re ready to go to bed that the bed had bedbugs. Very frustrating nasty no trashcan either in 118. Very sad. They need to do better.

Room and property were dirty. First room did not have blinds for window nor mini fridge. Was moved to another room that also didn’t have mini fridge. Floors and bathroom were very dirty.
