The Space:

The home’s cheerful peach colored exterior immediately draws you in, a sign of wonderful things to come as you head indoors to check out your new home away from home. Unpacking your suitcase can wait as you make your way to the back patio to take an inaugural swim in the private, refreshing inground pool or soak your tired travel muscles in the bubbling, overflowing spa. Dry off in the abundant Florida sunshine while you dive into that new book you’ve been saving or sip on a refreshing frozen margarita – when in Rome, as they say! Find relief in the shade under the covered patio, dining on a meal al fresco fresh off the grill, or head up to the third-floor wraparound balcony for a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape as you catch up on casual conversation.



While at Margaritaville, you’ll be just half a mile from Sunset Walk, putting you within walking distance to this amenity-packed destination offering an abundance of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and much more. For a day filled with water-themed adventure, the Island H2O Waterpark contains thrilling rides and slides for kids and the kids-at-heart alike. Just for the adults, the Formosa Wine Company is a short walk away where you can plan a tasting and stroll through the serene vineyards. If you’re planning on visiting the theme parks for a day or two, you’re conveniently located a short drive from the front gates of Disney, Universal, and Legoland, among all the rest.



Inside the home, find your own private corner to relax and unwind in or gather together in communal spaces expertly curated with comfortable furnishings and chic décor to maximize your downtime. Sink into the cushy armchair or plush L-shaped sofa in the living room as you keep up with episodes of all your favorite stream-ready shows on the smart TV. Your own private entertainment experience awaits in the 2nd floor loft, also the perfect location for sneaking in a quiet afternoon nap. Back downstairs, the gourmet, fully equipped kitchen features plenty of cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with breakfast bar seating. Steps away, the elegant dining table seats 8 for more formal meals or a fun-filled family game night.



This home comfortably sleeps 18 guests between 8 private bedrooms and a loft.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #6 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #7 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #8 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



The loft can double as a fully enclosed bedroom, including a queen size sleeper sofa, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



The home also includes 2 half bathrooms.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”



• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.



• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.

• Lot parking available for 6 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. No oversized or commercial vehicles.



Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
