Mi estadía no incluía desayuno. El personal encargado de la limpieza muy atento y siempre anuente a ayudar. El servicio de restaurante en la cena del primer día fue muy bueno. No sé el nombre de la persona encargada pero tuvimos una conversación amena. El único inconveniente fue que extraviaron un paquete que había sido entregado en la recepción. Según la nota de Amazon los 3 paquetes fueron entregados pero solo aparecieron 2. Se hizo seguimiento 2 días seguidos con la persona en recepción y hasta el dia del check-out nos dijeron que no se encontró el paquete. Al haber sido entregado Amazpn no se hace responsable de la pérdida. Por lo que perdimos el valor de artículo.

-Asked for a shower cap but they did not have. -booked a large room for space and a king bed. When I arrived I was told I could not get the room with extra space and I will get a room with queen bed. -called front desk for a extra pillow and blanket. House keeping didn’t bring it. I went to the front desk the next day and was told they don’t have access to house keeping cupboards. -everyday house keeping would come make the bed and put clean towels but not throw away any garbage or water bottles.
