The hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the service was very much less to be desired. I asked for housekeeping to come by my room and bring towels and change the linens. They never came. I went to the front desk late in the day to complain and ask them to send someone up to take care of things, he said give me five minutes and someone would be there. We went to dinner and shopping and came back late. Nobody ever went to the room. The hotel seemed shortstaffed. There was only ever one person working in the front desk, which often made long lines at the counter. The parking charge is ridiculous, and I noticed as I was sitting in the lobby as guests were checking in, they also thought it was ridiculous. I think there’s a lot of pushback against the charge for parking, which is asinine. Especially when the parking lot was only half full. Read the fine print when booking. Breakfast is not free either. It’s almost $20 a person and it’s the most mediocre breakfast you could ever have. There are much better hotels in the area around the same price or cheaper, with more amenities like free parking and breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness of room was poor The coffee maker wasn’t plugged in had to pull out fridge to get cord candy packages a fork were underneath I’m skeptic that bathroom was deep cleaned

The whole property was very friendly and respectful but I must say Jairo at bar service was outstanding! Very polite and accommodating. Definitely enhanced the stay with his vibrant energy. I will be visiting again!
