The pool here is amazing. Our kids did not want to leave! Our room (1 bedroom suite) was excellent, comfortable for a family with two young children. Breakfast was easy with good variety. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel has amazing staff always willingly to help you out. A special thanks to Alejandro from the front desk for all his help. Housekeeping did a great job. The location is safe. There is several stores around like target, CVS and five below etc… In addition there are several places to eat like Wendy, Starbucks, dominos, Italian and etc.. My only complaint is the bathroom sink was clogged up. I didn’t report it cuz it wasn’t a big deal to us. Over all our stay was amazing.

House keeping every 2 days. 3 bath towels for 2 adults for 2 days Had to call for towels. No clock paper or pen in the room. Ice machine 3 floor. didn’t work for 6 days we were there. Breakfast area too tight. Same offerings everyday. 3 handicapped parking spots for the entire hotel. Garage only accessible from 1st floor. Pool area shared with hotel next door so lounges and chairs are scarce. Bed uncomfortable.

Fantastic location. Easy drive to all parks. No parking fees and shuttle service to the parks twice a day too. Pool heated and great fun. Breakfast buffet great and hotel had a calm atmosphere, would highly recommended as a base for Disney.

Except for the lady from call center or guest services, on the 25of March working from 8:50pm to 10:00 what a rude lady and not helpful at all, for the rest everybody was nice and helpful

This hotel is awesome. We have stayed here many times, always happy with the cleanliness, value and location. Breakfast is ok, was surprised to see that they dont make the mickey waffles for you anymore, as I liked that service. Our room was very clean and spacious. I love that they have streaming tv, much better than the usual cable options. Lots of dining options within walking distance. We always end up at Lime Fresh for tacos and beer at 11pm, yum! Ive always felt safe here. Pet friendly hotel, theres a charge but nothing crazy like some places. Plenty of places to walk the dog. Pool and bar are beautiful. 5 minutes to Disney Parks, Disney Springs, Disney Boardwalk.
