This property is quaint, a little rustic and very enjoyable. The room was comfortable, the amenities good, breakfast was excellent and bountiful. If ever in need of a place to stay again, I would choose this one.

Worst hotel I've ever experienced staying at. My wife and I stayed here only for the price. And because our daughter was in the local hospital having surgery. There was mold on the door in the bathroom and wall, and the dresser was warped in the middle and the tv was sitting crooked leaning toward the middle.

It was terrible from the get go, staff were argumentative when you mentioned issues. I asked for a refund as the hotel is not like the pictures. Rather spend the money on a more upmarket hotel as this is a dive. Hotels.com are hopefully issuing me a full refund due to the pictures I provided on the state of the hotel. Night manager was shocking “Leila”. I have worked at many 5 star hotel throughout the world and this is by far the worst place to stay, it is really dirty with people having barking dogs and people and staff smoking right outs your room so the aircon pulls it inside your room. I asked to speak to the manager Trish and was told I don’t need to as my problem is with the hotel and not the hotels problem, what ever that ment. Promised a refund and no communication so far and that’s day two, no communication from the hotels manager either. This hotel needs to be mystery shopped and removed from your website. Cheap is not always cheerful. I would gladly provide pictures if necessary.
Had to carry my 2 large suitcases up stairs on room move even though I have heart issue, lift out of use.
Passages have huge stains all over, smelt like urine.
Trash right outside of rooms, I had a used condom outside mine. I did not add pic out of guidelines

Felt completely catfished by this property. I checked the reviews and picture and it did not get me ready for what i was about to experience. The property was in a dangerous neighborhood, the elevator was broken (my room was on the third floor). The property was filthy. When I climbed to the third floor, there was trash cans overflowing, dirty walls and floor. Opening my room, it was filthy, dirt and maybe mold on the walls. I would never recommend this property.

The room smelled like mildew and the toilet was partially working. The tv had no working remote and was stuck on infomercials. The front desk clerk said he would bring another remote to my room after i took him the old one. I never heard from him again. I just wanted a working toilet and a working tv to relax. I never would book a room without the essentials.

This hotel needs major renovation. The bathrooms in the rooms are terrible. The caulking is all moldy. The air conditioners need replacing. They put out a moldy smell.

This place is so dirty and unkept. The shower was dirty, moldy, leaky, the toilet almost overflowed on the first flush after peeing, the lights didn't work, the bed and sheets looked and felt used.
