We didn’t get key until 5.35 kept telling us to come back in 20 mins did that 3 times check-in at 4 condo not great furniture very old and tatty no support on sofa bedroom carpet was wet through near door think cleaner may have spilt bucket shower pipe hanging out wall relocated 3 cockroaches

It was very quiet. However, property is very out dated, old furniture, curtains, fixtures etc. There were a lot of bugs crawling in underthe front door. Some of the staff were friendly, others not as inviting.

The property was centrally located just a short distance from Disney. It was family friendly with a basketball court, tennis court, volleyball, mini golf, and a gameroom. There were multiple pools and hot tubs, and daily activities. We had a 2 bedroom suite that accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Our 1st room had a very strong mildew smell, but the staff was very polite and changed our room without a problem. We would definitely stay here again!!!

it had a nice pool and hot tub. I did not like that every time u had an issue u had to waith like 30 minutes for engineering to show up. I was barbecuing and the grilll ran out of gas-waited 30 minutes to have gas tank replaced with my meat stood for 30 minutes half cooked. There were other issues like no one from engineering is there after hours. if u have an issue u have to wait till 8am next morning for engineering. Another thing u are there for several days and no washer and dryer on site-had to drive about 25 minutes away to another resort to have clothes washed. There is not a single utensil in room. At the grill no table to set things on. AC did not work on last night there.
