Rooms are clean and comfortable, just a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. The property grounds are well kept. Pools are nice but need tile work around the pools and on the decks. Very convenient location.

We went to this same location last year and loved it but this time around we were in building S, which kinda towards the back end of the hotel. And as soon as we got there we thought our key card was messed up because we couldn’t open the door but it was just that you had to push on the door really hard to open. And the #1 thing I did not like about it is that it had a weird smell to the room kinda of mix cigarette smoke and/or being closed in to long. Like they haven’t used that room in a long time. Also I don’t know if the staff live near that building but they were always hanging around there and kinda loud. Talking loudly amongst themselves. I’m not sure if I would go to that hotel again after this experience. And I also wish our bathroom in the king size room had a curtain for the bathtub, since the bathroom lock kinda sucks there were times I had to squat down real quick cause my kids would open the door.

The water pressure was low, and the hot water wasn't very hot. Other than that, we loved it. The room lacked phones; they communicated by text and responded very promptly. We would stay here again. The staff was friendly.

The resort is very outdated when we got to our villa there was poop all over the dinning area and the Master bedroom. We had a 1 bedroom villa the room next to us was a Studio Villa and you can hear everything they do and say clearly. The tv’s are super small. When we asked to toilet paper and other items it takes them hours I had to call a few times. Overall the experience was okay I would not book there again. The staff was great.

I choose this property because my room had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. However, some of the burners were not working and the other burners were slanted, so the cooking surface was not even. I would have rsted 5 stars if everything was working properly. Booking here did save me a lot of money. We made breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 5 days.

The unit is very dated. The shower/tub could be very dangerous for an older person to get in and out of. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The couch needs to be replaced as it sinks way down and is very uncomfortable. The door between the units allows you to hear everything in the next unit. We had 1 day left at the place so instead of going to buy more toilet paper we asked housekeeping for a roll and they said they would bring us one…they didn’t! I would rate the unit we were in 3/10

Inconsiderate Guests

This last visit was not relaxing. Around 12:30 am to 6:30 am, guests near my room in the C building were arguing loudly. Someone deliberately kept hitting their car alarm multiple times. My fiancé and I woke up six times to yelling and the alarm. Despite the presence of security, this went on for six hours!

Wall is very very thin. I hear every single conversation my next door is having. Room is connected by 1 door, which is just regular bedroom door like. Furnitures are very low quality, imagine cheap dorm room furnitures. Bed is very bumpy and shifts with weight. I’m 150lbs. Couch/sofa is so cheaply made, unbelievable. Tiny TV screen like computer monitor. It was overall very low quality hotel.

Don’t trust the pictures!

The photos on hotels. Com vs what we actually got were very misleading. Based on the photos I booked what seemed to be a 1 and half bathroom suite only to find out there is no such room. Instead I got a apartment with 1 bathroom and 2 ways into it. This was an issues as I was in town for a wedding and the entire reason I got the suite was to get 2 bathrooms. Also, had the smallest TV I’ve ever seen in a hotel on top of that the channels didn’t work too well (see pictures). Bed was uncomfortable as well. I tried to get the room changed and they said there was none available. AC took a very long time to cool the apartment. Area didn't feel too safe nor did the front door of the room.Hotel is very outdated all and all don’t trust the pictures.
