The room was fine - King Suite, although it was very dated. Furniture was old. Bed was ok - springs. Shower head was inside a soaker tub - biggest issue as very cold showering since it was enclosed and the shower head didn't provide much stream. I didn't have dish soap. Coffee machine wasn't working the first day. Staff were responsive replacing. Don't expect any room service. I was there for one week. In-room washer and dryer with one laundry package provided. Pool was warm. Gym was fine. Overall it was decent value for the price. I had no expectations going in.

Pretty decent place we didnt get to explore a lot of the resort but the one bedroom suite we stayed in was nice and clean it was kinda like a one bedroom apt it was pretty cool with a huge soaking tub which was nice

The stay was exceptional! The check-in receptionist Nicol was so gracious and very friendly. The cleaning staff, security, and everyone that I met was great! The rooms were very clean upon arrival and anytime I needed extra items they were delivered quickly.
