Admittedly the property is under construction for renovation, but it looks rough with construction materials left in the hallways drop ceiling tiles show visible signs of old water damage. I was on the first floor and the window mechanisms didn’t work to lock the windows. If the room had been renovated, it was done poorly with soap shelves in the shower hastily installed and not level. There’s a weird electrical closet in the bedroom that says don’t open and generally looks/feels cheap and creepy. There was no hair dryer. The staff however was very welcoming and helpful. I only stayed one night.

The room was very clean, and the lobby was gorgeous! The only complaint is that there are no silverware, dishes, etc. Eating meals at “home” became difficult, so we just grabbed plastic silverware and paper plates from the gas station. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and gave us extra toilet paper, towels, and soap as needed. Overall, I would stay here again!

The room was clean. The beds did not have blankets on them but they had blankets in the closet. There was a room with a couch and counter and kithenette and a seperste room with our beds. Buffet breakfast was as expected. Good price and no resort fee yet so close to disneu and the outlets!

Great location being so close to WDW. Tasty breakfast and parking included in cost. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet—couldn’t hear my neighbors or hallway noise at all, which was a huge plus! Pool is a nice size, though not heated in the winter, so just be aware. The only constructive feedback I have is that I noticed an ant in the room and a few more ants near the trash can in the dining room. Probably increasing the frequency of pest control would resolve it, but again, for the price and location, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

After reading mixed reviews i was hesitant but i decided to go for it since it did include breakfast and free parking. We got the double queen suture and i couldn't have been happier with the room. Everything was clean. I loved that it had a full size refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. Saved a bunch of money being able to buy some groceries instead of eating out every meal. I did listen to the rooms being cold and pillows were small so i brought my own and i had no issues. Ac works great. Shower great. It was like a little apartment. I would definitely stay here again. Super convenient to everything.i was expecting the worst and happy that it exceeded my expectations and then some. I also got a few emails regarding the renovations. There were a few places in the hallways that i could tell that they haven't finished yet but not anything worth writing anything negative about.

The room I assigned to me I believe was 232or maybe it was 237. I was not happy with this room. The phone did not work at all. I could not even get a dial tone. The TV in the living space did not work at all. When asked to be changed to another room on perhaps a didn't floor I was told the hotel was sold out and all the rooms were pre-set for the guest.I was going to call expedia to try to get my money back but it was getting late and it would've been too much of a task.For a room that was about 140$ i was expecting a room with all working amenities.

Front desk staff all nice! Room was clean, newer , bathroom needs update. Clean pool. They allowed me to do a late check out with out additional charge which was really nice since our flight was late at night. Would stay again, you have restaurants and bars close by.

Thus hotel is brand new, still many things not finished! Room was clean although toilet wasn’t! Brown and rust marks on seat. Both rooms had tv we didn’t expect . Although beds are very hard my back was really aching! HOWEVER this hotel is supposed to be apart/hotel with kitchenette to prepare light meals snacks! BUT THE CUPBOARDS WERE COMPLTELY EMPTY! They leave 2paper cups, coffee bags no sugar ! There wereNO cups/bowls/plates, Cutlery ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! We wouldn’t stay here again !
