The hotel is fine. The staff are lovely. It was undergoing refurbishment and while we were offered a refurbished room, it didn’t feel like it was. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable though! The kids’ swim area while fun is in serious need of renovation. We only stayed 1 night.

Enjoyed our stay here!

Really enjoyed our family stay here. We had a suite with plenty of room & a nice big kitchen with everything we needed including washer/dryer which was super useful! Also nice big balcony. Areas of the room are a little old & tired but not a deterrent overall. And looked like it has had a refurb in recent years to modernise. 2 pools were great for our 5 year old. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The food was awful. I dont recommened eating here. The amenities was another story. They were amazing i felt like you could bring a family here and not go anywhere else, even though putt put was a fee, as well as towels. Almost everything was a fee. But it doesnt neglect the pools, drinks and service. We did a beer tasting at the resort and ALEXYS was amazing. The staff at the resort was top notch was this girl deserves a raise!!! She was on top of everything, easy to talk to and gave such good recommendations, I'd come back just for her guest services.
