Comfortable stay

The 2 bed suite was very comfortable with a small sitting area with comfortable couch and a spacious kitchen area. It was nice to have a few areas to separate and read or watch TV, without interfering with each other. Very practical!

First time staying at this property. Quiet even though it is a busy hotel. Free bus trip to Universal Studios not worth it, crammed in like sardines. We opted to use ride share. Rooms clean, language barrier with house keeping kept from understanding what was needed, as they only service room every two days. Breakfast was standard with no real eggs used, due to price with food vendor. Powdered eggs were used. Evening bar tender is amazing.

Very happy with our stay! Had great location within walking and driving distance to Universal studios. Had shuttle to and from the park that picked up at the hotel. Very good service all the staff were friendly and worked hard to accommodate early check in. Had a nice bar area with food and drinks in the evening. Also had very good continental breakfast huge selection best one I’ve had from hotel! Very good selection, clean, constantly stocked with more in the morning. They also had market in the lobby and computer we were able to use for free and printer to print tickets off of. The room was very large had small kitchenette in it, couch, had tv on both living room and bedroom side. Very happy with our stay!

The hotel room had ants in the kitchen area, and the shower was gross, with hair everywhere. The staff were nice, but the hotel itself was not worth the money. The food was bland, and the lighting was making everyone in my family sick. Would not come back again.
