Our door kept unlocking by itself. We had to unpack multiple times so they could fix it just for it to break again. The staff was as helpful as they could be but we just didn’t feel safe.

My daughter and I both noticed bites on our body from sleeping in the beds overnight. When I told the manager he was adamant it wasnt bed bugs and did not initially offer to investigate or anything. His response was very arrogant and combative. The free breakfast could be better and it should not be served on styrofoam plates which seaps toxins into the food when heated up from the food. Stayed there 2 nights and there was no room cleaning during my time there.

The room was clean accept for someone elsa boxers was in the bathroom and I call to have someone come get them . And noone came to get them . I love the wild duck he was always in the pool . But overall it was a nice hotel and nice stay

Our room was sooo clean and perfect! We absolutely loved the pool and continental breakfast. The staff were top notch and so very kind. You cannot beat the price either ❤️

The staff was excellent, the rooms where somewhat clean, the floor had debris left from last guest. There was hair in the bathroom and the bed spread had some soiled marks. The coffee sucked there was no half and half, But overall it was a good experience and the staff were very hospitable.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There was nothing bad enough to say we would not come back. We will definitely book here again when looking to stay in Orlando. The room was as expected as seen in photos. Remodeled room. It was clean. however I did notice a very faint odor & noticed the floors looked a bit dirty. Realized the smell was like a wet dog odor but it went away. The floors do need some attention like an actual deep scrubbing to get the dirt up which may be causing the odor. This is a pet friendly hotel but it was not bad enough to say I needed a room change. The drawers to the armoire did not open they seemed stuck but we didn’t need to use them. I believe they just need to be put on the track correctly. The beds are soft & sink in a bit but I didn’t have issues sleeping. Breakfast was decent. we had it on Saturday & Sunday. Seating is limited but plenty seating outside on pool deck. There was waffles toast & danish pastries. Sausage & eggs. Some fruit apples or oranges. Cereal milk & juice. Coffee was available but if you like it black because they had no creamer just sugar & the powder creamer. Would’ve liked some actual creamer. Amenities, i didn’t get to use on this visit but there’s the pool, splash pad and a tv which may be used for special event nights. They have shuttle services to some parks but we were here for a tournament not the parks. So this is good to know for our next visit. We had no issues with parking. Always found a spot available.

What I didn't like was that the room didn't have a safety latch. The bathroom shower was spraying water into the ceiling. The water was hot and good. There should be a punch list after renovating a room to make sure that it is in tip top shape for customers.

Pris - Breakfast near the pool, children's play area, 24 hours lobby. Cons - not many plug points to connect phones, laptops etc, no place to keep cloths and towel inside the bathroom, wardrobes drawars came out of sliding track, did not go in properly. Had a chair with wheels in the room and since it was a floor in the room, it was difficult to seat on the rolling chair.
