No maid Service even though we stayed 5 nights. We found maid outside and asked for extra towels and toilet paper. Pool was freezing and Kids water attraction didnt work. Price was low but will stay somewhere else next time! Has potential to be a nice hotel. We think an animal might have been living in the ceiling…

The bed was comfortable, the pool area was very nice, the walk in shower was nice. They offered eggs (egg beaters) sausage patties and pancakes among other things in their breakfast. The rooms were not very big and the breakfast area was super crowded.

Great location! Not the cleanest.

Upon checking in, we immediately checked the mattresses. They looked gross under the clean matress pad. If it wasn't for the mattress pad, I would have left. The bed itself was comfortable. Breakfast was super crowded between 7-9 and the options basic standard hotel breakfast. The best option was the fruit - apple or banana. The pool looked great but I didnt use it. Staff was great. I can see the shuttle being an issue during the busy months - but reserving a spot was relatively easy. Getting back to the hotel on the shuttle was very difficult. The bus was never in the assigned spot. If you're looking for a low budget option in a great location, this it's perfet. I would stay here again soley for the price and location. Perhaps i would ask for a room with not disgusting mattress'.

The photos that were presented on Expedia did not look like the hotel in person, the sheets to the bed looked worn down, the aesthetic of the room looked like a motel, the microwave smelled horrible. It was very dusty in the room. I was not pleased with my experience

Close to Universal. 7 minute uber to park. Undergoing renovations. Outside garbage overflowing dumpster. Inside frame to door broken. One good mattress and one bad mattress. Rest of room was clean and acceptable. Breakfast was meh to ok. Staff was on the ball and accommodating. You get what you pay for.
