The hotel is not in the best condition. The rooms were dirty, and some areas were in poor shape. For breakfast, they only offered juice, waffles, and muffins—no protein at all. The small breakfast area was extremely hot and uncomfortable.

I would never recommend this hotel. The floors are sopping wet from humidity due to no dehumidifiers in the rooms. We slipped and fell multiple times. The bedding was damp and sticky due to humidity. Because we went to front desk, we got a dehumidifier out in our room. But then no one came back to empty the water holder. The staff used all of our towels to clean up mess and never brought us new towels!! It was constantly something!! The continental breakfast is waffles, toast and 1 cereal. Everything we brought and purchased from Disney also was full of humidity. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere a little pricier. You def get what you pay for at this hotel!!! I can’t wait to go home to dry clothes and bedding!!!

Room had 3 issues, broken door lock, broken closet door and light bulb out over sink. Advertised Splash Bar next to pool was for breakfast only. Breakfast was very limited and did not have any proteins other than peanut butter packets. Clean up started at breakfast bar 30 minutes before closing. Excellent location.

Yesterday I asked for clean towels after 3 hours I went to the lobby asking for the towels because the phone in my room wasn't working. I stayed in room 236.

It would have been helpful if they had provided a map of the property so I didn't have to drive around to find my room and the elevator. I had to ask for another set of towels since they only gave two sets for 3 people. But it was clean and quiet. When I asked for the towels, they were given right away without question. The pool looked really nice and the property was attractive and convenient to everything. I would stay here again.

Room was nice. Beds a little softer than im used to but was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the pool area is very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
