Considering I went during a Holiday weekend it wasn’t bad. The parking was crazy, but the parking people were really nice. I can stay the whole property was clean and it was a pleasure staying there.

This property was nice. Check in process was a little worrisome, as the owner text me the information for check in a little after 4pm (check in). The room was clean, room is small. Fitness center opens at 7am. Can not get a work out earlier than that. Breakfast spot in the lobby takes a long time to serve food and coffee. Parking is free however can be far if you don’t get a close spot. Otherwise perfect for the price and good for a small family of 3 no more than 4. Close to Universal!

Overall, this was a nice place to stay for a few days while we went to Universal Studios. I do feel like the room could’ve used some updated facilities based off of the listings photos. I also wish the cleanliness was a little better (there was dark curly hairs in the shower, on the bed sheets/pillows, and bath towels). Check-in was very easy and the owner was easy to get a hold of, however, there was some miscommunication with check out. Just know if you want to stay past the 10am checkout, they won’t be accommodating. Lastly, parking is free which is super nice, but very hard to find a parking spot that wasn’t a mile away. Not a big deal unless you’re coming back from walking at a theme park all day! Good experience overall, you get what you pay for!

I must say that this establishment did not go far and beyond when it came to maintenance or cleanliness. Upon arrival and we were 3 hours delayed. We got to our room and it was less than clean. Tons of garbage, empty bottle and someone’s used soap, loofah, and unmentionables were left hanging on the bathroom doors. The outlets were so old the chargers kept falling out of them. I spoke to the person at the front desk and was told it would be cleaned up that morning. We checked out and the garbage was still in our room. Not to mention the rowdy guests that acted like animals with noise, leaving garbage on light fixtures by the elevator that upto this morning was still on the sconce. I’m not expecting 5 star hotel service but I am expecting the minimum….. that would be clean environment.
