The property is just like the pictures, quite nice overall. However, the property isn't as well kept as the pictures show; there is a big shelf that is falling off the wall under the big TV, and the mini blinds in the kitchen were bent & broken... minor things that should be fixed (or replaced). Upon check in, we found the downstairs king bedding had never been changed so we had to change those sheets after a late arrival. However, there is NO extra bedding anywhere in the whole house so we had to run out and buy laundry detergent! There's not even sheets/blankets for the hide-a-bed. I guess they think you'll sleep straight on the old mattress?There was only one bath towel per bed, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and just one roll of TP per toilet. I'd contacted the host many times trying to get more of these things but they never returned my text or phone call. I learned later that having 1 towel, 1 roll of TP and 1 roll of paper towels is considered standard around here (Vista Cay complex, Orlando or all of FL?)Not having the host/manager, or even the owner respond not even once in 5 days is totally unacceptable. For that alone I recommend you DO NOT STAY HERE.
