Estay Ebisu

Nothing to complain about. Big clean rooms with Subway, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond. Great place to stay.

部屋の暗証番号を押した時の感度があまり良くなく2、3度やり直す羽目になり5回目で警報と書いてあったのでドキドキした。 アメニティーのシャンプー、コンディショナーの質が良く嬉しかった。 自宅にいるような感覚で過ごせて快適だった。

日本人宿泊を想定していない感じで、日本語入力対応が不十分。浪速区だから日本人は来ないとの考えなのかもしれませんが。実際、一番近いコンビニのセブンもガラが悪く、外国人なら誤魔化せれるかもと言った感じで日本人にはオススメできない環境。施設は悪くはないが、良いとも感じれないし、意外と狭かったし、連泊の場合、掃除もないため、清潔かと聞かれると回答に困るのも正直なところ。

Very good hotel

The location is good, very near to train station (今宮戎). The area is quiet and we feel comfortable to stay in the hotel. The room is very clean. But the check-in process is a bit inconvenient and it's better to have more clear instruction. Overall, it is worth to live in the hotel.

住宿CP值高~是無人櫃台喔!!!!

整體上來說都很好，房間也大(一大床)，衛浴分離，又有小廚房和洗衣機可使用，感覺像在日本買了小套房住一樣. 雖然入住期間不會有人幫打掃，自己好好保持乾淨就好!! 唯一的問題~~訂房網站沒有說明這是無人櫃檯的狀況，不會有櫃台人員幫忙收信件或包裹，也沒有信箱可以讓郵差留下取件單之類的，讓我差點拿不到朋友寄來的包裹...... (好險後來有確認郵差會在隔天"午前"送到，所以我從八點在無人LOBBY等到十點多才收到包裹~~) 希望訂房網站可以另外備註一下，如果有要將東西寄到飯店的，不建議住這裡，因為沒人會幫忙代收喔!!!!
