Lovely room. Clean and well appointed. Would benefit from better sound proofing. The noise from people outside woke us at 2am and persisted for some time. Not the best night of sleep. Staff we helpful and check in was easy.

Wonderful staff. New hotel with a guest lounge

The rooms are tiny but the hotel is brand new with great guest lounge and fantastic staff. My husband got food poisoning from our dinner the night before we had to check out. Chika was incredibly warm and helpful with directions to a pharmacist and organising a late check out at a small fee. The area is a business district but we liked that as it was quieter at night. I’m a terrible sleeper. Very close to subway and convenience stores. We still walked to the tourist areas within 30 minutes or so.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were lovely, amenities were fab and the downstairs social area was great too as a spot to sit down and spread out (when the rooms are so small). Great bathroom, the bath itself was really large compared to other hotels weve stayed at like APA. Feels a whole lot more local than larger hotels. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is a bit far from public transportation. The room was clean, but a bit tight because the twin beds are large, taking up so much space that we didn’t have much room to walk or place our suitcases. Free coffee and tea are available in the restaurant at all times which was appreciated. I only saw the breakfast buffet out one day and it was very small and unappealing. Staff was friendly and helpful. My biggest regret of choosing this hotel was that they have parking blocks directly outside the entrance that my daughter tripped over on our 1st night when it was dark and raining. This necessitated a trip to the hospital at a cost of ¥90,000 yen which we hope will be reimbursed by our insurance. The sprained ankle and crutches put a big strain on our 2 day visit to Expo 2025 and the remainder of our holiday. My daughter had a lot of pain and inconveniences trying to enjoy the remaining week of our trip on crutches. We have spent a fortune on taxis and luggage forwarding as I can’t manage her luggage and mine. Photo is of the parking block that should have a railing around it to prevent someone else suffering a similar fate.
Raised parking block in front of entrance with no railing around it is a tripping hazard.

Checking in was easy. Room was really spacious. Luggage from previous hotel was forwarded to this location and was ready when I checked in. They were also able to forward my luggage to my next hotel. Convenience stores are nearby. Short walk to different train stations
