We stayed 11 nights, and got a great deal by booking a King Suite 7 months in advance. The room has a washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator, mini-kitchen with glasses, plates, silverware...just like a mini-apartment. The bathroom was also very nice with separate bathing/toilet areas. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant just off the lobby is good and convenient. We especially appreciated the shuttle to Shin-Osaka station, except that it doesn't run for 90min in the afternoon, and stops at 9:30pm. I paid a visit to the Lawson convenience store across the street almost every day. My wife was sick for half the trip and had to stay in the room, so she especially appreciated the room we had. Next time, we will get travel insurance so we can go to the hospital across the street. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Rooms are good, showers/ bathrooms are lovely. Didn’t hear noise despite the hotel being packed. Slightly far walking in the blazing heat to the shin Osaka station but the shuttle bus helps once you figure out where to collect it from.

The hotel location was...not great. It was situated in a tourism/activity dead zone. For whatever reason, the area north of the Yodo river is just inert when it comes to having things to do. The gym had the bare essentials for cadio and weight lifting, so I cannot complain. I just wish there had been a punching bag so I could have relieved the tremendous amounts of stress that had built up during my last day there. Because as it happens, the staff is about as useful as teats on a man as it pertains to helping waylaid guests who have become stranded on tours. You see, to stave off the ever-encroaching boredom while I was stuck at that hotel for five days, I decided to book a daylong tour that would take me to a bamboo forest and Nara Park, just to name a couple stops on the itinerary. But the tour guide and the bus driver thought it would be really funny to drive off without me (and even pass right by me, looking square at me in the face from the windows) and leave me stranded at the deer park for over eight hours. I tried to hail a taxi, but after about twenty or so failed attempts (the drivers kept ignoring me for whatever reason) I attempted the train system. But the system was much more complex than the Osaka metropolitan area. I tried asking the teller, but he shooed me away with a "time's up," after discovering I didn't speak Japanese. Tried calling the hotel, but the guy over the phone kept passing the buck along. Only managed to get home thanks to a kind cop.

I liked the fact that they offered free shuttle service to the subway which also ran like clockwork on time to the subway. I wish I was better able to navigate back to the drop off/pickup point to return to the hotel. Thankfully the taxi fare was only ¥900 or $6 to return. I loved the gym and took full advantage of that amenity, my previous hotel in Tokyo changed $15/day to use.
