Convenient location near the actions in Osaka. Good verities of breakfast selections each morning. Room was very small which is typically for Japan. Bed were comfortable but pillows not so much - However there's some other available pillows you can asking for at the front reception. Staff were polite and helpful (minimal English).

It was a nice hotel and conveniently located. The staff members were so sweet and helpful. Yes, the rooms were small but it was no issue for me as I was out and about almost all day. The complimentary breakfast and bar were great!!

I liked that is was very affordable. I liked the free breakfast buffet & free drinks they offered, a decent size dining room area. What I didn’t like, rooms were very small for my spouse & I. Bathroom was hard to maneuver in & out especially if you are over weight. Super small bathroom. Rooms are super small. Met for single adult person. It was non smoking rooms, not sure about that. The room eventually smelled like cigarettes. Maybe bad ventilation.
