Acceptable Level Across the Board for a Short Stay

Clean hotel, Friendly staff. Room adequate for an overnight stay. Small but adequate. WiFi not the quickest. I couldn’t switch 2 lights off without removing the key card from the powere slot holder. Meant I couldn’t charge anything overnight. Canny hotel though and and 0.5 miles from the Dontonbori shopping region.

I had a very relaxing and quiet stay at the hotel. Although it was about 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station, the room was more spacious than hotels at similar price point closer to the major touristy areas closer to the metro station. The staff was also very professional and cordial, and made my stay feel welcoming. Really great value hotel when staying in Osaka.

As a quick stop off for 2 nights it was sufficient. Probably the smallest of any rooms we've stayed in and the most dated but worked for what we needed. Our room faced out to the road and after 10pm it became a drag strip so wasn't the best night's sleep. Staff were helpful and polite. Great location to visit Dotonbori in the evening and only a short walk from Namba station so good links too.

Unpleasant but worked out ok.

I was automatically assigned with low floor 2nd floor. facing towards the busy street. However, noise was unbearable so I couldn’t sleep. So I called the front desk to change the room. Somehow they were able to change the room to higher floor but with reluctant manner. That’s fine because it did work. Wasn’t the best though since it was still facing towards the busy street at higher floor. I think this location needs to replace all the windows to double pane windows so outside noise doesn’t come in the room.
