Here's a rewritten version: The staff was excellent and very helpful. One evening, no staff members were on duty, and I couldn't access my room because the keypad had stopped working. I ended up sleeping on the lobby couch, and the staff kindly woke me the next morning to help me get back into my room. They opened the digital keypad and replaced the batteries, which solved the problem completely. The room could have been slightly cleaner, and I had assumed all Japanese toilets came with bidets—I was mistaken about that. Overall though, it was a great value for the price. Thank you!

The worst hotel I have stayed in during my 40 years of travelling. Zero sound proofing on rooms. Neighbouring room could hear everything, sounded like a illegal brothel. Did not get 1 minute of sleep all night. Room had terrible smell, visited local convenience store to purchase spray to deodorize room. Walls covered in stains. The only positive thin I can say is the staff were very friendly. DO NOT STAY AT THIS COMPLEX YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

Not the cleanest place Ive been. The walls in the room were dirty and so where the floors. The walls are thin so you can hear people talking in the halls. Has a balcony though which was nice. Also only a 12 min walk from Shinsaibashi Suji Market and Dotonbori.

Cheap for area, a place to rest your head.

Very good location with easy access to most train lines and shopping area. Good is small (normal for area/Japan cities) but unfortunately damp possibly due to faulty AC which dripped onto bed throughout our staff. We were out most of the day while we were there so never had a good chance to speak to the front desk (not manned 24 hours) so maybe if we had spoken to them we could move to another room. Had a nice area downstairs with ice cold water, a microwave, and some sitting area which we barely used but was nice to have.

First off, it's very clean and conveniently located right next to the Dotonbori area, offering a wealth of food and nightlife options. Easy access to two or three different subway lines. Also, the staff is devoted. We had a room that, for some reason, wasn't getting a good wifi signal. It was full of bars everywhere in the hotel, except in our room. We informed the staff, who immediately attempted a few unsuccessful attempts to improve the signal. The next day, a new signal repeater had been installed right outside our door, and we had full bars in our room. An email was in my inbox telling me they had done that. TBH, I thought that was impressively professional.
