Arc Hotel

Had no hot water on night one and room phone was not in working condition. Staff were friendly and when we ordered fresh towels and room service to the room (by our personal phones), service was lovely. Food on site was good. Neighbourhood was great with plenty amenities nearby. Air conditioner and air exchange was very loud and no way to turn down AC if you were cold. Great potential, just a few tweaks could make customer experience a little better!

My business stay at the Arc hotel was very convenient for me as everything was within walking distance. And the avocado toast at their restaurant was excellent. I would stay here again if I were to visit Ottawa again in the near future.

Good enough....

This was a one night stay for an event in Ottawa. The good things: really good breakfast and fantastic sleep in probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in The downside: Parking garage is cramped and dirty and the inside of the hotel was grubby and in need of renovation or at least a paint job. We were in a pet-friendly room and perhaps that is why the carpet and furniture was was a little worn. Not sure I would stay there again.

Clean and quick easy checkin Incredibly small rooms Paper thin walls -we could hear normal conversations from the next room let alone the 230 am boom box Lobby check in is 12x10feet in size The lounge looks like a converted luggage storage and was equaled by the atmosphere Couldn’t find a dinning room … But other than that Mrs.Lincoln what did you think of the play Hard no if asked to stay again There are a lot of better options in the same price range
