Hallways are loud like an industrial building, door security lock is broken, mattress feels like a rock like one at a cheap motel. The rating for this place must be fake AI generated. I am extremely disappointed, I stay in a lot of hotels through out the year, this is worse in a long time. I'm tempted to cut my losses and go across the street, that's how bad this bed is!
