This hotel was beyond expectations. It was close to the Rideau Canal which was our main reason for travelling. The front desk staff was friendly and inviting. The amenities in the room were fabulous! Planning to stay here again!

The Business Inn is our go-to hotel in Ottawa. It is affordable and consistent. Check in is always friendly and easy. Access to the elevators is controlled so safety is not a concern. The free breakfast isn’t gourmet but it is good with lots of options on the buffet. These are the reasons we keep staying here when in Ottawa.
