Clean comfortable room but long early morning wait

I was only there for sleeping 6 hours. Bed was comfortable, room was dated but large. Bathroom had lots of room, clean as well & not so dated. Got there around 2 am & had to wait for what seemed like forever because of a customer booking another room, etc etc. I had been told early on previous day when I called for confirmation because of the time I was getting in I could just get my keys & go to room. The front desk clerk never even acknowledged I & another man were standing & waiting there for her to finish up with this lady forever. She could have said excuse me are you waiting to get into your room. I was exhausted from travelling & needed to lie down as I am 65.
