Convenience and comfort near Byward Market

We really enjoyed our stay at Les Suites Ottawa. The 2-bedroom suite worked great for our family, and not only did it include a full kitchen but there was a convenient casual restaurant in the lobby that served breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. The hotel was well located, close to the Byward Market restaurants and shops and an easy walk to the Parliament buildings. Highly recommend!

The room was spotless, bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be the musty smell, old carpet; carpets that look vacuumed but maybe a spray was used to freshen them up! Other than that all was fantastic, truly.

I have been to a lot of big cities interiors and Ottawa has to be the dirtiest and dangerous places I have ever visited. The only redeeming value is the capitol buildings - that's it!!! The hotel parking was very bad one of the worst I have ever seen. The rooms were good but everything else was bad.

Comfortable bed and sofa, good kitchen amenities despite lack of sponge to wash dishes. Coffee provided could be much improved. Pool was nice when it was open. Alternative option was provided when it was closed which was a very nice gesture, but it did not work for us.

We didn't like finding a used dirty plate and garbage in our room dresser. Room wasn't ready for check in time, very disappointing. Beds were very comfortable. Liked all the shopping options and food options all in walking distance. Night life of bars was great too in this area.

The property is very well situated and equipped. Unfortunately, though advertised as non smoking the room did have the stale cigarette smell and I could see people smoking on the balconies. Very difficult to control.

We have stayed in a classic one bedroom king size apartment and it was excellent except the quality of the carpet. All the required amenities were there and it feels like I was living in a one-bedroom apartment. I recommend this one as this is closest to the Parliament Hill. 10 minutes walk
