The front desk was excellent and the rooms were clean and roomy. The only issue I experienced on a personal level is that the breakfast didn't offer much variety. Also, we would have liked to not have to clean the table and put the plates and cups away ourselves. For me, that would be for an air BNB and not a hotel. Other than that the pool was also great and the hotel overall was excellent.

The location was great! Kids really enjoyed the breakfast. Very clean! Service was amazing! When one of the pot lids handles were broken in the kitchenette, i called front desk and they very quickly solved my issue. However what was disappointing was the sofa bed. Sofa bed was not comfortable. However other than that overall experience was amazing. Thank you Hilton team!

The location of this property is amazing for site seeing in Ottawa. Walking distance to Parliament and many museums. We had a king suite which was super spacious for our family of four. They even brought us a roll away bed so my kids didn't have share a bed, which means we all sleep better. I found the hotel hallways/our room to be really quiet. Never heard people above, beside or in the hallway. We had the continental breakfast, which we found a bit repetitive after 5 days but overall was pretty good - wish the coffee cups were bigger! The pool area was clean, warm and well stocked with towels, but there isn't a hot tub. That being said the pool felt warmer than average pools so for families looking to splash about it was a nice temperature. Overall would highly recommend for site seeing in Ottawa with a family.

Everything was perfect. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and up to date, and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Food at Tulip was very good and the pool was great - lots of towels available, comfy loungers, and vey warm. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

If you have a truck parking is annoying and expensive. Check in was a bit of a disaster. Room had unpleasant smell like stale smoke. Bed was not great.

Emplacement incomparable pour visiter la plupart des attractions à pied. Notre suite était propre, très spatieuse et merveilleusement fenestrée. La piscine etait également très agréable. La seule chose à améliorer serait l'équipement dans la cuisine, car il n'est pas suffant pour cuisiner un repas chaud (même simple). Je recommande sans hésitation !

The hotel looks great and has friendly service at the front desk. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool for the grandkids and the fitness centre which I used throughout my stay. I definitely plan on coming back to this hotel when I am on Ottawa again! The breakfast was an extra treat as well! Well done!
