I stayed here because of the pool and the kids playroom. Everything was great, walking distance to the restaurant and the O Train. Museums are one bus away from the hotel. Staff was beyond super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very nice, clean and well maintained. Our rooms were the typical size with a fridge and a coffee machine. The staff were friendly and reached out prior to our arrival to let us know that they were able to offer us rooms beside each other which was helpful. There is a kids play area and a pool, which were able to use as well. It's close to Parliament Hill, Rideau Centre and about 20 minutes to the Notre Dame Cathedral (and a bit more to The Mint. Parking was easy, entrance is to the side on Kent (you go underground). You can bring your initial ticket to the concierge and ask for in-out card so you can take your car and not have to pay each time (just don't lose that card). There are also mini kitchens available on different floors (where you have access to an ice machine, water dispenser, sink and microwave - I think Floor 9 and 19, 22 had them.) Overall, it was a good property and we would consider staying here again.

I had high expectations for the Ottawa Marriott Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon checking into our room, I found hair all over the bed, which was completely unacceptable. Traveling with my five-month-old son, I had no choice but to carry him while dealing with the hassle of changing rooms. This was an inconvenience I did not expect from a hotel of this caliber. The staff was accommodating in offering a new room, but such basic cleanliness issues should not happen in the first place. A hotel should prioritize hygiene, especially when it comes to bedding. Given this experience, I would think twice before staying here again.

Great location, great friendly prompt service; clean comfortable room and beds. Incredible fitness centre - with basket ball court, pool etc. went for March break and close walk to most to all museums, Parliament buildings, food etc. only drawback was outdated washroom albeit very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!
