Sadly for the second time in the past 6 months that we’ve visited this hotel the hot tub was closed. After a long road trip we were disappointed and would have not booked our staff if this was communicated at the time of booking.

First impression of the staff on site and room was AMAZING!! Floors were very clean and the room smelled brand new (no harsh chemical smell), floors were VERY clean!! Thank you!! My only concern was that some breakfast items didn’t feel too warm (beans, sausage and potatoes), I stay at hotels 4-5 times a year and based on other hotel breakfasts they seem to have their food at warmer temperatures

The hotel is conveniently located near the outlets and the Canadian Tire Centre and the staff was friendly. The elevators were quick, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and nicely decorated. The hot tub was closed when we visited so we didn’t use the pool area which was disappointing.
