Not really worth it
At check in we did not receive a lot of communication - like where our room was, or room service info, or pool info - which is typical in hotels. We found our suite to be a good size. Definitely outdated - but that doesn't bother me - if it's comfy and clean. The couch wasn't super comfortable and as I found out that night, neither was the bed. Hard as a rock. I called front desk to get the pool hours and was told it was 9am-9pm. That's hugely disappointing - . Also pool is not as in pictures, not well maintained and hot tub lacked jets that worked.
Hotel amenity information was inconsistent. There was a qr code in the room -which led to the website but the website is not great. In one place I saw that breakfast was provided - but we were never told about it and no information was listed any where for details. It also said that room service is available but when you click the link it goes to a restaurant somewhere else. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE! It's so frustrating.
the shower was good - except no conditioner which was really bad after being in a pool - the bathroom has ripped wallpaper and just overall blah.
The main room of the suite was cold and we couldn't figure out how to get heat. apparently there is a little base board heater under the balcony door that you need to turn on. This was not obvious and also frustrating. No staff stand outs as we rarely saw any. Just an average and not fabulous stay. I moved the dresser and found a baby sock and some garbage.
