We have stayed at this hotel a few times and overall like it very much. The convenience of having 2 bdrms for a family of 5 is awesome! The hot tub jets were not working though and the kitchenette was not cleaned when we arrived. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. The suites are dingy, and very outdated. The small, old TV didn’t work. The wifi wasn't working and the front desk attendant wasn’t particularly polite or helpful about this. Would not recommend this hotel if you are wanting a nice holiday stay. Only stay here if the rate is cheap and you’re looking for a room on a budget / place to sleep for 1 night. One pro is that the location is great.

The pictures are more classy than reality. It is quiet and clean but very dated. Parking was suitable but requires skill driving in tight spaces. Sadly, the pool was under construction so were unable to experience this but tv options were above average. The rooms were very spacious, this looks like a converted apartment complex and gave us lots of room and privacy. We only stayed one night and didn't many of the room applielances but all looked in good working order. Overall, an above average stay. Thanks for good time. DT

Check in clerk was rude. The pool was closed for maintenance and the only reason we booked this place was because of the pool. When we asked if we can get a refund and go somewhere else (as we prepaid) we were told no refunds as of the check in date. If we had been told about the pool, we would have cancelled when we still had time. Parking is extra which we also weren’t told about. The room had a dingy smell. When we called the front desk for more towels, the person who delivered them to us huffed at us and walked away without saying anything even when we thanked the .
